Commissions

Commissions for February-March 2026 completion are currently OPEN.Thank you for your interest in placing a commission. Please read through my Artist’s Contract/Terms of Service before placing a commission. Thanks!

By placing a Commission, the Client confirms and agrees that:
• You are at least 18 years of age
• The subject matter of your commission (characters or otherwise) belong to you or are your own intellectual property; or you have explicit permission from their owners to be commissioned
• Payment in full is to be sent within 72 hours of commission confirmation; failure to do so will forfeit your position in the queue
• As the artist, I retain the right to accept or refuse any commission at my own discretion
• These Terms of Service function as a binding and legal contract between Artist and Client. By sending payment for a commission, the client agrees to the Terms of Service outlined below

What I WON’T Draw:
• Underage Characters (in general)
• Depictions of illegal acts
• Hateful/Intolerant Imagery
• Copyrighted/Trademarked characters (Disney, Pixar, MLP, Sonic, etc)
• Portraits of Real People (Pet Portraits are OK)
• In the style of another artist. If you would like a work to be “inspired by” an artist (Mucha, Van Gogh, Leyendecker, etc) or have a theme (Zelda themed, Star Wars themed, etc) this is fine, but I will not emulate or copy the style of another artist
•If you’re unsure about your commission subject matter, just ask!

Placing a Commission:
• Bluesky DM, TikTok DM, and e-mail is the best way to contact me. I can also be found on Instagram, but I don’t check it as often.
• Before sending an e-mail, please check if my commissions are open. If my commissions are closed, please inquire about getting added to the waitlist.
• Ko-Fi is my preferred method of placing commissions—when you order via ko-fi, simply select the listing for the type of commission desired and place your order (don’t forget to attach reference images!)
• if ordering via e-mail, Please include the type of commission desired (i.e, Sketch commission, Headshot illustration, etc) and visual references of your character. If you don’t have a ref sheet, please include a very detailed description of what you’d like drawn, and I’ll follow up with a paypal invoice and confirmation.

Payment:
• Payment is to be sent in full within 72 hours of commission confirmation unless we have discussed a payment plan or payment timeline
• Payment plans are available for commissions over $250
• I do charge additional fees for NSFW, multiple characters, and rush orders. Please visit my Pricing page for full breakdowns of my rates.
• Payment is to be made via Ko-fi or Paypal and only in USD
• I do NOT accept payment in foreign currencies, crypto, material goods, or “exposure”

Timeline:
• Turnaround time for a commission is between 1-2 weeks and depends on commission complexity + the current queue. If a commission is going to take longer than expected, I will reach out with an update on the projected timeline
• I regularly post WIPs and Progress shots on my Bluesky, TikTok, and Instagram. If you would like your commission to be kept private until a certain date (i.e, the commission is a gift, etc), please tell me in advance. For commissions that require NDA’s: please e-mail me to discuss further.
• Commission status and the queue is tracked through my trello, and I try my best to update it weekly.
• If you are currently in the queue, I will send an e-mail when work on your commission begins

Edits/Revisions:
• Clients receive one free revision at the sketch stage of a commission. This will be your opportunity to request any amount of changes to your commission. Once the commission has progressed past the revision phase, there will be a 15% revision fee, per revision

Rights/Usage:
• Clients have full permission to repost, print, or distribute commissions for NON-COMMERCIAL usage ONLY, and under the pretense that the client has left any and all watermarks on the image intact, as well as a credit or tag/linkback to my website/social media
• As the artist, I retain full rights to the commission and can repost, print, distribute, and monetize commissions as I see fit
• If you wish to license or purchase the rights to a work, please e-mail me to discuss options and a commercial usage contract
• Clients do NOT have permission to use any commissioned artworks as training material for Artificial Intelligence/Machine learning/LLM’s
• Clients do NOT have permission to use any commissioned artworks as NFTs or crypto assets

Cancellations/Refunds:
I understand that life happens and sometimes a client needs to cancel a commission. A client may cancel a commission at any time, but PLEASE note the following regarding refunds:
• A full refund may only be issued for commissions that are still in the queue and have NOT been started.
• For pieces that have already been started, a 50% refund will be issued
• I retain the right to cancel and refund a commission at any point in the process
• Chargebacks will be contested. If you have questions about a refund, please e-mail me instead of initiating a chargeback. I’m more than happy to work with commissioners if financial troubles are involved.
• Excessive pestering, excessive revisions, and harassment of any form will not be tolerated and result in a cancellation/refund
